This policy applies to all content created, submitted, published, or shared by users on the .com.rich platform, including text, images, videos, links, comments, and any other materials submitted through our services.
1. ACCEPTANCE AND BINDING TERMS
By using the platform and posting any content, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy, along with the Terms of Use and all other applicable policies.
2. USER RESPONSIBILITY
2.1 The user is solely responsible for the content they publish.
2.2 The user affirms that they have the legal rights to all content submitted to the platform.
2.3 Content must not infringe copyright, trademark, image rights, privacy, or any applicable laws.
3. PROHIBITED CONTENT
It is strictly forbidden to publish content that:
- Is illegal, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, violent, or incites hate;
- Contains pornography, sexual exploitation, explicit nudity, or suggestive material;
- Promotes fraudulent activities, scams, pyramid schemes, or multi-level marketing;
- Distributes spam, malicious links, or unauthorized automations;
- Falsely implies affiliation with or endorsement by .com.rich or any third parties.
4. MODERATION RIGHTS
4.1 The platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove or restrict any content that violates this policy without prior notice.
4.2 User accounts may be suspended or terminated for repeat or serious violations.
4.3 Removed content will not be restored.
5. LICENSE TO USE
By submitting content, the user grants Global Digital Identity LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to store, display, and, if necessary, use the content for operational and promotional purposes, while respecting user privacy and rights.
6. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

6.2 Reports will be reviewed impartially, and appropriate actions will be taken.
7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. In the event of any dispute, the competent forum will be the courts of London, England.
8. OFFICIAL LANGUAGE AND PRECEDENCE
This policy is written in both Portuguese and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail for all legal purposes.
