GENERAL TERMS OF USE AND PARTICIPATION – .COM.RICH

By using the .com.rich platform, registering a domain, subscribing to any plan, or joining the Partnership Program, you fully agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which include:

(ii) Domain Licensing and Subscription Terms;

(iii) Partner and Commission Program Rules.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

2. DEFINITIONS

USER: Any individual or legal entity that accesses or uses the platform.

AUTHORIZED SELLER / PARTNER: A member participating in the Partnership Program.

ACCOUNT: The private, non-transferable user area within the platform.

3. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE

By accepting these terms, you agree to the use of the platform, acquisition and management of .com.rich domains, participation in the partner program, and all legal obligations arising from this agreement.

4. ELIGIBILITY

Users must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into digital agreements, and fully compliant with applicable laws.

5. DOMAIN LICENSE

The domain is licensed on a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable basis, valid only while the subscription is active. The domain remains under the company’s management.

6. USER AND PARTNER OBLIGATIONS

Users agree to:

• Keep login credentials confidential;

• Features may be modified or discontinued for technical or legal reasons.

8. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions are monthly and automatically renewed.

Non-payment will result in the termination of the domain and associated services.

Reactivation depends on domain availability.

Prices may be adjusted with 15 days' notice.

9. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

By subscribing, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, as the service is personalized and activated immediately.

10. PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM – SPECIFIC TERMS

Eligibility: Only active members with a registered .com.rich domain may apply.

Commission Structure:

• Commissions are generated exclusively through confirmed purchases made via your unique affiliate link;
• There are no commissions for visits, clicks, signups, or referrals without a valid sale;
• Tiered commissions may apply to indirect sales based on internal tracking rules.

Advertising and Paid Traffic:

• Paid advertising (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads) using the .com.rich brand, keywords, or trademarks is strictly prohibited without prior written approval;
• Misleading redirects, cloaking, or impersonation of official domains is not permitted.

Prohibited Conduct:

• Fake sales, multiple account fraud, or commission manipulation;
• False or misleading claims (e.g., “guaranteed income,” “passive profit,” “investment opportunity”);
• Spamming, bot usage, unauthorized automation, or violating third-party platform terms;
• Association with pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or investment scams.

Commission Release and Withholding:

• Commissions are released only after payment confirmation and fraud clearance;
• Commissions may be withheld or reversed in cases of fraud, suspicious behavior, or policy violations;
• Partners must maintain an active, valid account with the chosen payment method (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Wise);
• Partners are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes according to their local laws.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The company is not liable for indirect losses, profit loss, third-party failures, or force majeure. The platform is provided “as is,” with no guarantees of commercial success or financial return. Commissions may be suspended if misuse or fraud is detected.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content (system, brand, design, documentation) is the sole property of GLOBAL DIGITAL IDENTITY LTD. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

• Prolonged inactivity in the affiliate program.

17. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by natural disasters, pandemics, wars, cyberattacks, or global outages.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on our website. Continued use of the platform constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance.

19. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
