1. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE
1.1 This policy applies to all users of the .com.rich platform, including active subscribers, affiliate partners and domain holders.
1.2 By using the platform, the user agrees to the conditions below and acknowledges that any violation may result in suspension or permanent termination of their account.
2. GROUNDS FOR SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
2.1 GLOBAL DIGITAL IDENTITY LTD may suspend or permanently terminate an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of the Terms of Use or any official platform policy
- Actions that pose security or operational risks to the platform or its users
- Attempts at fraud, spam, fake account creation or falsified identity
- Improper or unlawful use of a .com.rich domain
- Prolonged inactivity without renewal for more than 6 months
- Refusal to complete identity verification when requested
- Attempts to bypass payment, tracking or commission systems
- Filing of unjustified payment disputes (chargebacks)
- Behaviour that negatively affects the company’s institutional reputation
3. PROCEDURES AND TIMEFRAMES
3.1 In the case of a preventive suspension, access to the account may be blocked for up to 15 days, during which the user may submit a formal explanation.
3.2 Permanent termination may occur:
- Immediately, in the case of proven fraud or serious misuse
- After repeated violations or refusal to comply in good faith
3.3 All suspensions and terminations will be logged with internal justification.
4. EFFECTS OF SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
4.1 During a suspension, access to the user account will be temporarily restricted and may be reinstated after review.
4.2 In the case of permanent termination:
- The .com.rich domain will be deactivated
- Access to the dashboard, API and data will be blocked
- No refunds will be issued
- Pending commissions may be withheld in cases of suspected abuse or contractual breach
5. RIGHT TO APPEAL
5.1 Users may submit a formal appeal to [email protected] within 5 business days of receiving the suspension or termination notice.
5.2 The company commits to reviewing all appeals fairly, and may reinstate the account if the explanation is deemed valid.
6. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
6.1 The following actions will be treated with zero tolerance:
- Creation of multiple accounts to circumvent limits
- Distribution of fraudulent, violent, pornographic or discriminatory content
- Manipulation of the affiliate system
- Use of bots, scraping, or automation tools
6.2 Such actions will result in immediate and permanent account closure, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
7. DATA RETENTION
7.1 After account termination, user data will be retained for up to 90 days, solely for audit and fraud prevention purposes.
7.2 After this period, the data may be permanently deleted, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. LANGUAGE AND PRECEDENCE
8.1 In the event of any conflict between translations of this policy, the English version shall prevail for all legal purposes and will be considered the sole official version before authorities, courts or third parties.
