3. CONSEQUENCES OF DELETION

Once confirmed:

• The associated .com.rich domain will be permanently and irreversibly canceled
• All personal data will be deleted, except where legal retention is required
• Recovery of the account, content, publications, or statistics will not be possible
• No refunds or partial reimbursements will be granted, due to the personalized and immediately activated nature of the service

4. DATA RETENTION FOR LEGAL OBLIGATIONS

Certain data may be retained for a limited period solely for:

5. EXECUTION TIMEFRAME
