1. NATURE OF DIGITAL SERVICE
1.1 When subscribing to .com.rich, the user acquires a personalised digital service consisting of exclusive domain allocation and immediate access to platform features.
1.2 The service is considered a custom digital product delivered automatically upon payment confirmation, and is not eligible for refund under general consumer withdrawal rules.
2. USER-INITIATED CANCELLATION
2.1 The user may cancel their subscription at any time through the platform dashboard.
2.2 Cancellation stops future automatic renewals while maintaining service access until the end of the current billing cycle.
2.3 No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in an active subscription period.
3. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
3.1 Due to the immediate and customised nature of the service, the right of withdrawal does not apply, as stated under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations – Section 28(b).
3.2 By completing the subscription, the user expressly acknowledges:
- The digital and personalised nature of the service
- That performance begins immediately upon payment
- The waiver of any refund or cancellation rights based on regret or change of mind
4. BILLING ERRORS AND TECHNICAL ISSUES
4.1 Refunds are only considered in cases of:
- Duplicate charges
- Misprocessed transactions
- Verified technical failure that prevented service access
4.2 Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction, with proof, to [email protected].
4.3 Requests outside this scope are not eligible for review or reimbursement.
5. TERMINATION DUE TO ABUSE OR VIOLATION
5.1 GLOBAL DIGITAL IDENTITY LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice and without refund in cases of:
- Fraudulent or abusive activity
- Violation of the Terms of Use or other policies
- Attempts to file unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes after using the service
- Actions that threaten the platform’s integrity, security or reputation
5.2 The user acknowledges that such measures are necessary to protect the service and its community.
6. DEACTIVATION AND DATA RETENTION
6.1 After cancellation, the user’s domain and account data will remain available for 30 days, subject to reactivation.
6.2 After this period, data may be permanently deleted as per our Privacy Policy.
7. USER RESPONSIBILITY
7.1 By subscribing to any plan, the user declares and agrees that:
- They understand this is a non-refundable digital service
- They have read and accepted this policy in full
- They will not submit unfounded payment disputes or chargebacks, under penalty of account suspension and permanent loss of access

9. LANGUAGE AND PRECEDENCE
9.1 In the event of any discrepancy between translations of this policy, the English version shall prevail for all legal purposes and shall be deemed the sole official version before authorities, courts or third parties.
