• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the software
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark or proprietary notices
• Use the company’s trademarks without prior written consent, except to identify a validly registered .com.rich domain

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

4.1 Users may upload, publish or manage content on their .com.rich page (e.g., text, images, personal information).

4.2 By doing so, the user grants GLOBAL DIGITAL IDENTITY LTD a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, worldwide license to use such content solely for the operation, maintenance, promotion and improvement of the platform.

4.3 The user is solely responsible for ensuring they hold all necessary rights to the content submitted and that such content does not infringe third-party rights, including copyright or trademark protections.

5. REPORTING INFRINGEMENT

5.1 If you believe your work has been used improperly on the .com.rich platform, please send a formal notice containing the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Description of the protected work allegedly infringed
• Clear identification of the infringing material and its location
• Your full name, postal address, phone number and email
• A good-faith declaration that the disputed use is not authorised
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf
